Outstanding Talents
科学素养深厚，学术视野开阔，在相关领域已取得一定的系统性、创造性成就或突破性进展，具有很高的国内外知名度和学术影响力。
Candidates are expected to have deep scientific literacy, broad academic perspectives, and significant systematic, innovative achievements or breakthroughs in the relevant field. They should possess high recognition and academic influence both domestically and internationally.
领军人才
Leading Talents
1.学术造诣较高，在本学科领域已取得一批较高水平的原创性研究成果，具有较高的国内外知名度和学术影响力。
2.在国内著名高校、科研机构担任教授职务，或在海外知名高校、科研机构担任副教授及以上职务。
1. Candidates are expected to have a high level of academic achievements, having obtained a set of high-quality original research results in the field of the respective discipline. They should possess significant recognition and academic influence both domestically and internationally.
2. Candidates should hold a professional position at a renowned domestic university or research institution, or hold a position of associate professor or above at a prestigious overseas university or research institution.
青年高层次人才
High-level Young Talents
1.紫江优秀青年学者（青年领军人才）：
①具有博士学位，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教职，且具有连续3年以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求。
②能胜任本科核心课程讲授任务；在科学研究方面已取得突出学术成果，有较强的团队领导和组织协调能力，创新发展潜力大，具有协助本学科赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力。
③年龄一般不超过40周岁，人文社科类可放宽年龄要求。
1.Zijiang Outstanding Young Scholar (Young Leading Talent):
①The candidate should hold a doctorate degree, preferably with a formal faculty position at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate research and development institutions, and have a continuous work experience of more than 3 years. For those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas with outstanding achievements, the work experience requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
②The candidate should be capable of teaching core undergraduate courses, have outstanding academic achievements, possess strong team leadership and coordination skills, demonstrate great potential for innovation and further development, and have the ability to promote or assist the relevant discipline towards a world-class level.
③The age limit is generally not exceeding 40 years old. For candidates in the humanities and social sciences, the age limit may be flexible.
2.紫江青年学者（青年拔尖人才）：
①具有博士学位，原则上应具有1年及以上的博士后研究经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求。
②已取得同行公认的高水平研究成果，有突出的发展潜质，并有望成为所在学科的青年领军人才。
③年龄一般不超过35周岁，人文社科类可放宽年龄要求。
2.Zijiang Young Scholar (Top Young Talent):
①The candidate should possess a doctorate degree, ideally with 1 year or more of postdoctoral research experience. For those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas with outstanding achievements, the work experience requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
②The candidate should have achieved internationally recognized high-level research results, demonstrating outstanding development potential, and the prospect of becoming a young talent in the respective discipline.
③The age limit is generally not exceeding 35 years old. For candidates in the humanities and social sciences, the age limit may be flexible.

Founded on October 16, 1951, East China Normal University (ECNU) is a comprehensive research-oriented university established by the Chinese government and directly administered by the Ministry of Education. 太阳成tyc122cc于2023年5月成立。学院现已拥有药学博士点和生物与医药工程博士点，依托太阳成集团在药学、计算机科学、化学、生物学、软件工程、统计学、心理学等多学科和专业优势，围绕化学、基因、细胞、数字四类药物，重点发展人工智能药物设计（AIDD）、药物智造、数字药物、生物药物与递送系统等前沿技术和方向，通过多学科的交叉融合，培养“全面而自由”的面向国际前沿和国家战略需求的高精尖缺“药学英才”，建设成为面向国际前沿和国家战略需求的药物科学前沿基地和未来药学人才培养基地。
The School of Pharmacy at ECNU, established in May 2023, offers doctoral programs in Pharmacy and Biological & Pharmaceutical Engineering. By leveraging ECNU’s disciplinary strengths in pharmacy, computer science, chemistry, biology, statistics, psychology, and software engineering, the School focuses on four key types of drugs: chemical, genetic, cellular, and digital. With cutting-edge directions in AI-driven drug design (AIDD), intelligent pharmaceutical manufacturing, digital therapeutics, biopharmaceuticals, and drug delivery systems.
